2. Exclusivity Policy

We adhere strictly to our Single Agency Allocation Guarantee. Leads delivered to your agency are never distributed, auctioned, or sold to any other agency or competitor. You receive sole ownership of the prospect record generated under your active campaign.

3. Lead Replacement Guarantee

We maintain stringent quality controls. In the event a delivered lead contains a disconnected phone number, wrong contact person, or is located outside your contractually designated territory, submit a replacement request within three (3) business days of delivery. Validated claims are credited or replaced at zero extra charge.

4. Client Responsibilities

To maximize conversion rates and maintain professional standards, client agencies agree to:

• Promptly initiate contact with delivered leads during standard business hours.
• Abide by all relevant telecommunication and privacy laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations).
• Treat prospect information confidentially and refrain from publishing or syndicating lead databases.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee lead exclusivity, phone verification, and valid interest criteria, SEOSubmitWeb does not guarantee specific close rates or revenue figures, as actual sales depend upon your agency's sales process, pricing, and proposal quality.
